Enhanced vs. Standard Policies for owners and lenders

Real Estate Security Agency, LLC and its Underwriters offer Extended Coverage Policies. Created to benefit homeowners, this policy covers losses traditionally covered by title insurance, as well as violations that existed before the property was purchased, including post-policy encroachments, forgery, building permit violations, inflation coverage, and living trust coverage.

Limited 2006 ALTA policies for owners, lenders, and leaseholders

Offers protection to the property owner in the event of defect, lien, or encumbrance on the title. Also covers title unmarketability, and lack of right of access to and from the property.
